This agreement is effective until terminated by either you or DirectWest.

The DirectWest Web sites (including www.directwest.com, www.mysask411.com, teammysask411.com, and the Mysask411 app), Catalogue, and all contents, are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use of our users (other than the Catalogue). The downloadable portions of the Web sites, Catalogue and all contents are provided only if you do not modify, reproduce, transmit, or distribute these materials for commercial use. Scraping, extraction, collection, or crawling of the content on these sites in any form or by any means whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Additionally, you have no right, title or interest in any materials or software that may be transferred to you as a result of using our Web sites or Catalogue.

This Agreement is effective unless terminated by either DirectWest or you. You may terminate this Agreement at any time and can do so immediately without notice. Upon termination, you must promptly destroy all materials that you may have downloaded or otherwise obtained from our Web sites.

DirectWest may also terminate this Agreement if at any time in the sole discretion of DirectWest you fail to comply with any term or policy within this Agreement. Upon such termination, your access to the Web sites will be denied and you must promptly destroy all materials that you may have downloaded or otherwise obtained from our Web sites.
