The Veterinary Teaching Hospital, at the University of Saskatchewan, provides the highest quality veterinary care and education. Each year the hospital cares for 15,000 animals and approximately 30,000 are treated through our field service visits. The hospital is staffed by veterinarians who specialize in a variety of areas allowing us to treat many different animals including cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, horses, cows, sheep, goats, pigs, exotic and wild-life animals.
The hospital includes a small and large animal clinic and farm services. We recommend that you make an appointment to ensure the best service for your animal. For emergencies contact the appropriate clinic. We also offer volunteer opportunities for students in high school and pre-vet studies.
