Serving Saskatoon since 1990, JNS Yoga Studio offers classes designed to relieve stress and improve concentration, strength, body alignment, flexibility and stamina through a series of yoga poses and breathing techniques. When yoga is regularly practiced, it benefits the whole body including joints, muscles, nerves and internal organs. Additionally, yoga promotes mental and spiritual well-being.
At JNS Yoga Studio, our certified yoga teachers offer year round classes. Our clients can choose to buy either monthly or yearly memberships. We are members of the Iyengar Yoga Association of Canada.
